5S CONSULTANCY
Objectives:
 
  • To eliminate the production wastage
  • To achieve the target of Cost Saving / Cost Improvement in the manufacturing plant or office
  • To improve the cleanliness of manufacturing plant or office
  • To improve individual productivity and quality
 

Scope of Services:
 
  • Advise on setting up 5S committee
  • Activate the existing taskforce team (Structure, R & R – Rewards & Recognition, Auditor, Trainer & Policy).
  • Assigning committee members to adopt and implement 5S concept in manufacturing plant or office
  • Coach the 5S committee to initiate the cross functional working team for the process improvement
  • Coach and work with the 5S committee members to perform monthly ad hoc audit.
  • Working with 5S committe in developing 5S training package and audit check list
