OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL (OSHE) CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Objectives:

To fulfill the legal requirement under the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022, EQA 1974 & amendment and other Legislative requirements

To create awareness among the participants on the ill – effects of accident

To Prepare one for emergencies to safeguard life, property and the environment

Scope of Services:

Advise the top management on ways to choose members for the Safety and Health Committee according to the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022 (Safety Committee Regulations)

Facilitate Occupational Safety & Health Committee meetings once in every three months

Formation of team with the cooperation of the company management to conduct safety inspection once in every three months

Advice of an updated for Emergency Response Plan (ERP)

Formation of Emergency Response Teams (ERT)

Review and advice of organization’s Occupational Safety and Health Policy

Preparation of Safety procedures (customized for a particular organization)

Initiate and advise of Safety procedures (customized for a particular organization)

Submission on the Safety Standard Report in place to the Management on monthly basis

Advice on EQA 1974 & its Regulations, schedule waste, scrubber and LEV monitoring

Conduct other OSHE related tasks such as HIRARC at different departments.

**All the above tasks will be conducted by competent, qualified & experienced Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (OSHE) Consultants and will adhere to EQA 1974 & amendments, OSH (Amendment) Act 2022 & etc.
